【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60044appliestonewlymanufacturedcurrenttransformersforusewithelectricalmeasuringinstrumentsandelectricalprotectivedevicesatfrequenciesfrom15Hzto100Hz.Althoughtherequirementsrelatebasicallytotransformerswithseparatewindings,theyarealsoapplicable,whereappropriate,toautotransformers.Clause11coverstherequirementsandtests,inadditiontothoseinclauses3to10,thatarenecessaryforcurrenttransformersforusewithelectricalmeasuringinstruments.Clause12coverstherequirementsandtests,inadditiontothoseinclauses3to10,thatarenecessaryforcurrenttransformersforusewithelectricalprotectiverelays,andinparticularforformsofprotectioninwhichtheprimerequirementisthemaintenanceofaccuracyuptoseveraltimestheratedcurrent.Forcertainprotectivesystems,wherethecurrenttransformercharacteristicsaredependantontheoveralldesignoftheprotectiveequipment(forexamplehigh-speedbalancedsystemsandearth-faultprotectioninresonantearthednetworks),additionalrequirementsaregiveninclause13forclassPRtransformersandinclause14forclassPXtransformers.Clause13coverstherequirementsandtestsinadditiontothoseinclauses3to10thatarenecessaryforcurrenttransformersforusewithelectricalprotectiverelays,andinparticularforformsofprotectioninwhichtheprimerequirementistheabsenceofremanentflux.Clause14coverstherequirementsandtestsinadditiontothoseinclauses3to10thatarenecessaryforcurrenttransformersforusewithelectricalprotectiverelays,andinparticularforformsofprotectionforwhichknowledgeofthetransformer'ssecondaryexcitationcharacteristic,secondarywindingresistance,secondaryburdenresistanceandturnsratioissufficienttoassessitsperformanceinrelationtotheprotectiverelaysystemwithwhichitistobeused.Currenttransformersintendedforbothmeasurementandprotectionshallcomplywithalltheclausesofthisstandard.
