【摘要】:1.1Thispracticeprovidesproceduresforconductingenvironmentaltestsinvolvingexposurestocontrolledquantitiesofcorrosivegasmixtures.1.2Thispracticeprovidesfortherequiredequipmentandmethodsforgas,temperature,andhumiditycontrolwhichenableteststobeconductedinareproduciblemanner.Reproducibilityismeasuredthroughtheuseofcontrolcouponswhosecorrosionfilmsareevaluatedbymassgain,coulometry,orbyvariouselectronandX-raybeamanalysistechniques.Reproducibilitycanalsobemeasuredbyinsitucorrosionratemonitorsusingelectricalresistanceormass/frequencychangemethods.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.ItistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtobecomefamiliarwithallhazardsincludingthoseidentifiedintheappropriateMaterialSafetyDataSheetforthisproduct/materialasprovidedbythemanufacturer,toestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpractices,anddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.See5.1.2.4.
