【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60079givesrequirementsforthedesign,construction,assessmentandtestingandmarkingofroomsprotectedbypressurizationin:?aroomlocatedinanexplosivegasatmosphereorexplosivedustatmospherehazardousareathatdoesnotincludeaninternalsourceofaflammablesubstance;?aroomlocatedinanexplosivegasatmosphereorexplosivedustatmospherehazardousareathatincludesaninternalsourceofaflammablesubstance;?aroomlocatedinanon-hazardousareathatincludesaninternalsourceofaflammablesubstance.NOTEIfventilationisusedandpressurizationisnotused,thenthispartofIEC60079doesnotapply.ThesituationiscoveredbytherequirementsofIEC60079-10-1.Aroommaybeasingleroom,multiplerooms,acompletebuildingoraroomcontainedwithinabuildingandincludesinletandoutletducts.ThispartofIEC60079alsoincludesrequirementsforassociatedequipment,safetydevicesandcontrolsnecessarytoensurethatpressurizationisestablishedandmaintained.ThispartofIEC60079coversroomsorbuildingsthatareconstructedorassembledonsite,whichmaybeeitheronlandoroff-shore,designedtofacilitatetheentryofpersonnelandprimarilyintendedforinstallationbyanend-userandverificationonsite.Theroommaybelocatedinanexplosivegasatmosphereoraexplosivedustatmosphererequiringequipmentprotectionlevels(EPL)Gb,Db,GcorDc.ThispartofIEC60079doesnotspecifythemethodsthatmayberequiredtoensureadequateairqualityforpersonnelwithregardtotoxicityandtemperaturewithintheroom.NOTE1WhilstthescopeofthispartofIEC60079doesnotaddresstoxicityitisvitalthatproperconsiderationisgiventothisaspecttoensurethesafetyofpersonnel.Nationalregulationsandrequirementsshouldbeobservedinthisregard.NOTE2ThereisarelatedstandardIEC60079-2(Equipmentprotectionbypressurizedenclosure)coveringthedifferentconditionsencounteredwhenusingthepressurizationtechnique.NOTE3MaintenanceneedsarecontainedinAnnexBuntiltheyareincludedIEC60079-17.NOTE4ForthepurposesofthispartofIEC60079,theterms"lowerflammablelimit(LFL)"and"lowerexplosivelimit(LEL)"aredeemedtobesynonymous,andlikewisetheterms"upperflammablelimit(UFL)"and"upperexplosivelimit(UEL)"aredeemedtobesynonymous.Foreaseofreference,thetwoabbreviationsLFLandUFLmaybeusedhereinaftertodenotethesetwosetsofterms.Itshouldberecognizedthatparticularauthoritieshavingjurisdictionmayhaveoverridingrequirementsthatdictatetheuseofoneofthesesetsoftermsandnottheother.ThispartofIEC60079supplementsandmodifiesthegeneralrequirementsofIEC60079-0,exceptasindicatedinTable1.WherearequirementofthisstandardconflictswitharequirementofIEC60079-0,therequirementofthisstandardtakesprecedence.
