【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversspeciallyheattreated5%and5x00BD;%nickelalloysteelplatesintendedprimarilyforweldedpressurevesselsforserviceatloworcryogenictemperatures.1.2Themaximumthicknessofplateswhichcanbesuppliedunderthisspecificationislimitedonlybythecapacityofthematerialtomeetthespecifiedrequirements.1.3Thismaterialissusceptibletomagnetization.Useofmagnetsinhandlingafterheattreatmentshouldbeavoidedifresidualmagnetismwouldbedetrimentaltosubsequentfabricationorservice.1.4Thevaluesstatedineitherinch-poundunitsorSIunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Withinthetext,theSIunitsareshowninbrackets.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemarenotexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemmustbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnonconformancewiththespecification.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
